Pregnancy Support

Weekly email newsletters starting at 20 weeks
1 prenatal appointment around 35-36 weeks so that we can become acquainted, discuss your priorities, any fears or concerns, best ways you cope with pain and fatigue, and how you want your partner to support you. We will discuss about childbirth education and common medical interventions. We will also practice labor techniques and birth affirmations.
Unlimited phone, text or email during your pregnancy.
Birth Support
I am on call for your birth beginning at the 38th week of your pregnancy. During your birth I will bring with me essential oils, heat therapy products, fan, rebozo scarf, massage oil and other items to help provide comfort and to support your labor.
Unlimited emotional and physical support during labor and delivery.
If requested, I will also photograph your birth and immediate postpartum time.
Postpartum Support
I will remain with you for 1-2 hours after birth to ensure comfort and bonding time with your baby, assistance with breastfeeding and immediate postpartum support.
In-home postpartum visit about 1-2 weeks after you give birth to discuss your birth story, emotional check in, newborn care questions, and to also get feedback from you about my role.

Unlimited phone, text and video call support during your entire labor and delivery.
Postpartum Support
I will remain available for virtual support immediately after your birth to ensure your comfort and bonding with your baby.
Virtual or in-home postpartum visit about 1-2 weeks after you give birth to discuss your birth story, emotional check in, newborn care questions, and to also get feedback from you about my role.
